Welcome
I’m Evgenia Pimżin — a writer of memory, migration, and the quiet truths passed between generations.
I’m grateful you’ve found your way here.
This space is a quiet landing for the stories I write, the reflections I gather, and the questions I continue to live my way into.
My work explores continuity — how history lives inside ordinary lives, how silence is inherited, and how meaning survives repetition. It often finds those who live thoughtfully and feel deeply, shaped by movement, memory, and migration.
Current Work
Róża’s Legacy is a completed intergenerational literary novel spanning Poland, China, Denmark, and Australia. The novel traces one family across the twentieth century, examining memory, displacement, and the unspoken bonds that shape identity over time.
It forms the foundation of my long-form work.
From the Writing
Alongside the novel, I write reflective pieces on love, loss, memory, belonging, growth, and healing — and the subtle transformations that shape a life from the inside out. These writings sit in conversation with the novel’s themes and form part of a continuing body of work concerned with continuity, responsibility, and what is carried forward.
My hope is simple: that something here meets you where you are, offers companionship, and reminds you that the soul never ages — it only awakens.
Make yourself at home.
